the staff was cute. i went for coffee each morning at the tuk tuk. the location provided easy access to montecasino , which was ideal for entertainment and dining options .
there was no bar fridge in the room , which was inconvenient for storing leftovers and keeping drinks cold , i hope this will be improved.

the location was really the BEST! the fact that everything is all together is AMAZING. the rooms IS very need and clean. the best linen was on the bed.
no breakfast! tv channels ARE limited. they only cater for certain people? pricy for what you get. noisy after hours, after 1 am

I found the check-in process quick. Staff members were friendly. The hotel location allows safe walks to nearby restaurants. They provided helpful placement within the hotel.
The air conditioner in my room stayed stuck on cold, and I could not turn it off.

Artwork is present throughout the hotel walls. Security personnel are visible from the hotel to The Teatro. Room service exists and I found it prompt. The bathroom had some good features.
